The Town Broker

The Town What?

Why create a site called The Town Broker? It’s not about a single town, and I’m certainly not the only broker in the area. No…my aim here is to introduce you to the joys and benefits of our local in-town lifestyle. With our tree-lined streets, community parks, vibrant and walkable downtown centers & access to great public transportation, I believe the in-town lifestyle is really hard to beat. It’s what has drawn my family to this area, and has kept us here for so many years!

The communities that I focus on in this blog are found in central Union County, NJ. They exist along the Raritan Valley Corridor of the NJ Transit rail line (see map below). From Roselle Park in the east, to Fanwood in the west, these communities offer a nice alternative to the fast pace of urban living. And unlike so many smaller towns in the area, there is always something interesting or fun happening…right here in town!

I am passionate about the communities I serve, and I am passionate about real estate. I look forward to writing about both right here! But this is NOT designed to be a traditional sales site! Sure…if you want to search for a home, you can do it here. But my goal is to really introduce you to the people and places that make this area so special! In addition, I want to share some of what I know about real estate, as well as current issues and trends within the industry.
