Selling a home in today’s challenging marketplace requires a different level of expertise. Not every agent achieves the same success. Being accessable and maintaining close communication with clients are the minimum expectation for any real estate agent (These traits shouldn’t have to be included here). In his 2010 Real Estate Trends Report, author and industry expert Stefan Swanepoel noted that only 27% of real estate agents surveyed listed real estate as their primary source of income. WHAT?! First and foremost, I am a Full-Time real estate professional. This is not a hobby, or something I dabble in on the weekends. This is how I feed my family. I hold numerous real estate designations and a NJ Broker’s license…reserved for those with the highest level of training and experience. I treat this business seriously.
- Understands Current Market Trends. The cornerstone of my business model is to provide my clients with the most thorough and up-to-date real estate information available. Every day I pour over the most widely read news feeds and blogs in the industry. As your broker and adviser, I keep current on the existing and emerging issues and trends that impact your ability to achieve success in the marketplace. If it’s happening out there, you’ll know about it. I regularly publish local market reports and articles on this blog site. I show what is happening in the local & national markets, and offer my interpretation as to what it all means. If you require market information not typically covered in my blog, then I’ll create it just for you.
- Creates Market Urgency. Success in real estate sales is about creating and leveraging market urgency. My personalized marketing plan includes the following:

- Cost Savings Through Efficiency because you deserve it! Please understand that in NJ all brokerage fees are fully negotiable. There is no “standard fee”, and it is illegal for brokers to conspire to set fees. But with increased efficiency comes cost savings. I am by no means a discount broker. I ONLY provide full-service representation to my seller clients. But the new technologies allow me to work more efficiently, and choose to pass these savings along to you. I believe my fees to be among the most consumer-friendly in our local market.
